"And the people did feast upon the lambs and sloths, and carp and anchovies, and orangutans and breakfast cereals, and fruit-bats "

Freakin A--I GOT INTO THE FREAKIN CLASS I NEEDED!!!!!!! For those that don't exactly understand, I needed to take Intro to Med Microbiology in order for me to even really APPLY to pharmacy school, but the *$&%'s at UNC wouldn't let me in for some reason.

WELL, turns OUT that &&%$'s put a physical block on the class itself w/o actually... you know... SAYING WHY. Perhaps putting some rumorz on teh internets that people shouldn't even TRY for the course until monday, since that would have kept the server load somewhat lower (I logged on that damned registration site every second b/c I kept getting server logon errors--I was my own Denial of Service attack, baby. :-P) Not to mention that I would have been a LOT less stressed out and stuff over the weekend... DETAILS!!

I had to call in this morning and ASK WTF was up. A very nice lady just said 'oh I'm right in the process of stopping the block on the class now,' Which, yay for me, meant that I was the first one through the gates to get into the freakin class, but that coulda been told a LITTLE bit sooner... So, all's well that ends well, right?

(On a side note, YES I KNOW THAT THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I *REALLY* USED THE JOURNAL SINCE I BEGAN IT 9 MONTHS AGO. I am not exactly... you know... one of those word... user... guys...)
